Try this: Put your left foot on a chair to your left and bend your right knee in such way that your left leg would parallel to your right leg.

Do the same thing for your right leg.

In each of those exercise, you’re doing half of a split. Physiologically speaking, your body is certainly capable to do a flawless split alike most gymnast can. However only a few of us can do it.

Why? Here’s the reason:

A baby will never learn how to swim supposing that he never attempted to do it without a life jacket. It’s also crucial that you transform your vision habits or your brain will continously adjust your vision to where it’s now.

Because vision is such an unconscious function, you wouldn’t even know when you’re indulging in your poor habit… this is what eye exercises are for. By doing enough of them, you can subconsciously change your habit.

Think about it. Isn’t that how habits are created? So why can’t you form good habits by performing a few things over and over again? Yes, eye exercises aren’t meant to tone your eye muscles… it is about modifying your vision habit. And this is why a lot of people who went through LASIK again end up having to use glasses in a few years time.
